Allison has more than 12 years of experience developing and delivering targeted communications to drive sales, brand eminence, and employee engagement. Her experience is the culmination of a unique background that combines client service with proposal development and marketing communications.
Client Service—Allison serves clients across industries by providing change communications to support technology, process, and HR transformations. She is a change communications subject matter expert with a focus on the impact of diversity and generational differences to the success of change initiatives. During her time at Deloitte Consulting, Allison was ranked as one of the top 10% change communications consultants within the United States.
Proposal Development—Allison is a proven pursuit manager with a strong history of large ($10 million to $50 million) pursuit wins. She provides strategic sales account support including pursuit positioning, win theme development, competitive analysis, and response/orals presentation development to increase win rates (avg. ~85% win rate). Allison is trained in the Shipley proposal development methodology for commercial and federal markets.
Marketing Communications—Allison develops internal and external marketing solutions including brand strategies, and integrated sales and marketing programs. She executes marketing plans and develops tailored collateral including direct mail, e-mail, Web content, and social media content. She also develops and drives reporting on the effectiveness of marketing communications, including ROI tracking.
