PRESENTATION FORMATS

  • General Session Solo Presentation: 20 to 30 minutes and include audience Q&A
  • Panel Discussion: 30- to 40-minute moderated discussion with marketing experts
  • Keynotes: 30 to 40 minutes

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Attendees prefer case studies, best practices, and are eager to learn how their peers are addressing common challenges and pain points. As such, we place high value on proposals that offer practical, actionable information and real-life solutions/examples. Specifically, we want sessions that demonstrate effective 21st century marketing strategies and success stories with measureable results.

REVIEW PROCEDURES

We evaluate presentation proposals for BrandHIT 2018 according to the following criteria:

  • Topic is timely, well focused, and relevant to healthcare PR, agencies, and corporate marketing leaders.
  • Information is original
  • Session content is high quality
  • Proposal is complete
  • Proposal includes best practices and clear takeaway for attendees
  • Presenter's previous speaking experience
  • Uniqueness of approach to the topic or of presenter perspective

NO COMMERCIAL CONTENT

Submissions will not be selected if they appear to directly promote specific products/services or are of a commercial nature. Likewise, if your submission is selected, HIMSS has the right to request that you make modifications to keep your session within the program content guidelines.

DEADLINE

Proposals MUST be received before or by 5 pm EST on Feb. 9.

Only completed forms will be considered.
